Our Care

At Cordelia Court we recognise that each resident is an individual with their own needs, concerns and desires. We provide a range of services including residential care, dementia care, respite care, day care and care for the physically impaired. Our care approach is based on our values of dignity, compassion and respect for all residents.

We advocate a person-centred approach to care that involves creating a personalised care plan for each resident that is reviewed monthly. Our care plans focus on the key areas of a resident's life, including their likes and dislikes, medical needs and dietary requirements. These care plans are also discussed with the families of our residents, who are encouraged to put forward their knowledge and suggestions regarding the care of their loved ones to our friendly staff.

We also have a dedicated activities co-ordinator that works along-side the care staff and in conjunction with the care plans to ensure that all residents are involved in daily activities that cater specifically to their needs and abilities.
